Meet STEV-E

STEV-E (Small Tilting Electric Vehicle) is a cross breeding between an electric car and a bicycle.

It tooks its inspiration from trikes velomobile but adapted to the urban areas.

Narrow as a bicycle, you can make your way through traffic.

Closed and reinforced like a car, you are safer in case of accident, and protected from the weather.

The pedals helps you stay healthy while the smart electric transmission system give you the power and range of a small electric car.

About us

Not a car is a embryonic french startup whose mission is to reinvent urban vehicles for safer and greener mobility.

The idea came to Henri back in 2022 when he was struggling to commute in Paris with his bicycle. He searched for a vehicle that could allow him to pass though traffic jam and be parked like a bicycle, but closed and protected like a car.

As he couldn't find anything close to it, he started drawing a solution (being mechanical engineer helps) and a CAD model to built a mock-up. After presenting it to colleagues and friends with really encouraging feedback, he started Not a car to develop further the project.

Now a functional prototype is being designed and should be crafted in few months.
